Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3D PRINTING

This item is 3D printed using PLA filament. Because each item is handmade and printed layer by layer, minor imperfections may be present, such as visible layer lines, small seams, slight texture differences, or tiny surface variations. These are normal with 3D printed products and do not affect the function or overall look of the item.

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, and filament availability.

Please handle with care. PLA can soften or warp if exposed to high heat, direct sunlight, dishwashers, or hot cars. This item is not recommended for extreme heat or rough handling.

Custom items are made to order and may not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is an error on my part.
